Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FairyFace app ("FairyFace", "we", "us"). By downloading or using FairyFace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

FairyFace is a curated store of watch face themes for Apple Watch. It lets you browse designs and install them to your paired Apple Watch using Apple's official APIs. Watch faces are illustrations and layouts; the underlying time, complications, and watch functionality are provided by Apple's watchOS.

2. Eligibility & requirements

• An iPhone running iOS 16 or later.
• A paired Apple Watch running watchOS 7 or later, within Bluetooth range during install.
• You must be old enough to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Free use, ads & Premium

• FairyFace is free to download and every theme is free to install.
• The free experience is supported by advertising. A short ad may play before some installs complete.
• Premium (offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase) removes ads and unlocks an unlimited, uninterrupted experience.
• Subscription prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Purchases & cancellations

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Intellectual property

The watch face artwork, designs, the FairyFace name, and the app itself are owned by Mun Software and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the watch faces on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the artwork or the app.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, bypass advertising or Premium gating, extract assets in bulk, or use it in any unlawful way.

7. Disclaimer

FairyFace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every watch face will be compatible with every device or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Apple Watch and watchOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.; FairyFace is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mun Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FairyFace. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
